Christmas may have come and gone, but it's not too late to give yourself a little something. In fact, why not get what you really wanted for Christmas. Ties and socks are nice, and truly nothing beats a homemade gift from the kids, but none of that keeps you comfortable and injury-free at work and while on the computer at home. The best gift you can give yourself is comfort and the peace of mind that comfort brings.
Gifts You Can Give Yourself {Without Guilt}
Don't feel guilty- we all need a little pampering. Why not do it at work?

Ergo Gifts for Under $100
It may seem crazy to actually say, but many people struggle with what to ask for for Christmas. All year long, we think and think of things we'd like to have and then Christmas comes and we blank out. Maybe we blank out, or maybe we just aren't sure how much we can ask for? It sounds tacky, but if we shoot too high, then we offend the giver...on the other hand, we ask too low, and we don't get what we really want. What's a girl or guy to do?
Shoot for the middle. As usual, looking for middle ground gives you options. Make a list of items $20-$100 that you'd be happy to have and that a family member or friend can choose to get (or not get). By making this list, you need to open yourself up to whatever happens. Just because you make the list doesn't mean you get whatever you want. It's just a shot in that general direction. ;)
Here are some great options that fit that range beautifully:
Well, good luck! May you get all that you want and more!

Looking for a great Christmas gift for that hard to shop for someone in your life?
Christmas shopping can be stressful, especially when you're not sure what to get for whom. I can typically think of gifts for the women in my family, whether it's jewelry or clothes. It's the guys I usually struggle to come up with ideas for. Even when I do have a great idea, I still have to go out and fight the crowds to obtain that perfect gift, which somehow deflates my holiday spirit. That's why I enjoy shopping online: I can search for great gifts from the comfort and warmth of my own home, even while I'm watching TV! Why not bundle gifts and ask various people go in on them so that each person gets a bigger gift they can really enjoy? Several contribute and the receiver ends up with a gift (s)he is really excited about!
3 Great bigger/bundled gifts for under the tree
- iPad bundle- great accessories for the iPad user who seems to have everything: a mini keyboard, a stand, and a carrying case.
- Let it Snow Bundle- 3 "hot" ergo products for cold offices and therefore fingers: a heated keyboard, a heated mouse, and a heated wrist rest.

- Falalalala Bundle- Freestyle ergonomic keyboard, Rennaissance mouse, and split gel wrist rests.

It's Christmas time, which usually means colder weather (unless you live in Texas). Cold weather can mean lovely blankets of snow and warm cups of coffee in the classic red Starbuck's cups. There are a lot of pros to winter, but there are a few cons, as well, such as dark winter days and being too cold. Fortunately, there are solutions for feeling too dark or too cold.
Light Therapy. Extra light is especially important for those living farther north since the winter brings on terribly short days. Many people suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) where they feel increasingly isolated and depressed as the dark and cold lengthen. Light therapy is an easy remedy that literally provides more light so that the brain and therefore the emotions are tricked into feeling that there is more day light.- Heated foot pads and mice. Poor circulation and being too cold make you feel miserable, especially at work when you aren't in charge of the thermostat. Therefore, bringing your own warmth is a must! Your feet and hands will thank you!
Winter can be brutal, so do what you can to make it more bearable.

Stuck in Your Christmas Shopping?
Do you have anyone on your shopping list that is just plain hard to shop for? Your father? Your brother? Your sister-in-law? Yourself? Whoever it is, we are confident there is an ergonomic gift just perfect for them. In all seriousness, too many people suffer from unnecessary work-related injuries and stress. So, if you find yourself in the sticky position of wanting to give a great gift but not knowing where to start, there's no reason not to go ergonomic.
Top 3 Ergo Gifts
The options are endless- in fact,
ergonomic desks are always pleasers...but maybe out of your shopping budget. That said, here are some ideas just as sure to bring smiles (but cost less dollars) this Christmas.
- Ergonomic Keyboards: Give the gift of ergonomic comfort where they need it the most! From small or large hands to lefties, ergonomic keyboards offer simply better lay-outs and fit for any hands.
- Ergonomic Mice: Another must-have for fit and ease of mousing with fewer cramps ad strains.
- iPad Bundle: Why not give the ultimate gift to those with iPads? A great bundle including a stand, a case, and a keyboard.
Ergonomic gifts are truly the best for the hard to shop for or the practical individual...but truly, anyone can enjoy and appreciate a comfortable gift.
