Shoulder / Upper Back Pain

Shoulder pain and upper back pain are common side effects of stress and Repetitive Strain Injuries.  Here are a few resources to help treat and even avoid it!

Change Keyboards to Reduce Shoulder and Neck Pain

Pain Do you have shoulder and neck pain after a long session at your computer. It could be your keyboard and your mouse. If you’re like many you wouldn’t think of your keyboard or mouse causing you neck and shoulder pain. Truth is that could be much of your problem.

Simply changing your keyboard could solve much of your aches and pains. Here is why. Often when using a keyboard and mouse you’re constantly reach and stretching to use the mouse. This employs shoulder and neck muscles to allow the move. After hours and hours of employment these muscles become overworked and stiff.

The aches and pains are a sign you’ve overworked the muscles. You can eliminate overworking these muscles by switching to a keyboard with a touchpad. The touchpad eliminates the need for a mouse and you’re constant stretching is eliminated. Your muscles remain in the optimum relaxed position as you use your keyboard, thus you don’t ache.

Switch to a new keyboard and watch your shoulders and neck pain disappear.
