Using the AKP is like having a floating keyboard support that you position wherever you want. The five star base is pulled underneath you so that your feet rest on the floor while sitting in just about any type of chair.
The AKP has a standard 10" height adjustment range from 21.5 to 31.5 inches. For applications that need more height, we offer 5" & 8" attachment sleeves. As you might infer, these attachment sleeves increase the range of adjustment in five- and eight-inch increments. They can be used singularly or in any combination. They are meant to be used as an everyday option. The tight fit between the height adjustment cylinder and the attachment provide a sturdy work surface at any height.
The AKP is a simple, one touch adjustable keyboard platform that combines superior strength with a pneumatic, ten-inch adjustment range that allows for effortless adjustments up or down.
The base provides mobility and stability and since you pull the Adjustable Keyboard Platform to you the base is underneath and your feet will rest firmly on the floor as if you were just sitting in the chair, any type of chair. Ideal for children and adults.
The AKP-10 is available with either a right-hand or left-hand mousing surface.
The AKP-20 is a universal surface allowing for left or right-handed mousing.
