Right Shoulder pain is a common problem and is caused by a
variety of causes that includes Bursitis, Rotator Cuff Tendonitis, Rotator Cuff
Tear, Frozen Shoulder, Calcific Tendonitis, Shoulder Instability, Dislocation,
Separation, Labral Tear, SLAP Lesion, Arthritis and Biceps Tendon Rupture. 
Pain in the shoulder or shoulder blade could be due to a
muscle strain, stress and other muscle injury caused by sports or exercise.Right
Shoulder pain can also occur as Referred pain from other regions of the body.
Such pain can be due to life threatening conditions like Heart Attack. Pain in shoulders is an excellent indicator of impending or actual
Heart Attack in men. Women have pain between the shoulder blades in such an
attack. Pain in Gallbladder is often expressed between shoulder blades or under
the right shoulder blade. Pain around the right shoulder
blade or pain between the shoulder blades could be an early warning sign of
Liver Cancer as well. Pain in the back, behind the breastbone or
pain between the shoulder blades also indicates advanced esophageal cancer.
Joint pain is yet another common problem. Joint pain

to moderate joint pain include anti-inflammatory painkillers like acetaminophen

The Rotator Cuff muscles help shoulder stability and
control during joint rotation. The Rotator Cuff Muscles include Supraspinatus,
Infraspinatus, Teres Minor and Subscapularis.
Pain due to Rotator Cuff muscles strain can occur either due to tears of
the muscles or inflammation. The most commonly affected tendon in Rotator Cuff
injury is the Supraspinatus muscle.

Arthritis caused by Uric Acid deposits in the joint region and Pseudogout,

inflammation. Periarthritis, Adhesive Capsulitis, also popularly known as
frozen shoulder also cause chronic pain in the shoulder.
Bursae are small fluid-filled sacs located near joints that
act as cushions to prevent injury to the joint and surrounding structures.
Bursitis is a condition that results in the painful inflammation of these
Bursae at the joints due to injury, trauma or disease conditions like
